چکیده
Abstract Many plant-dwelling mites reside on lower leaf surfaces. The biological impact of solar ultraviolet-B (UV-B) radiation spider has been demonstrated over the last decade. Due to serious problem acaricide resistance in mites, development alternative control methods and establishment an integrated pest management (IPM) strategy are urgently needed, especially for greenhouse horticultural crops such as strawberries. A physical method using UV-B lamps (UV-B method) established. Using method, simultaneous powdery mildew, a major disease, is possible, making it favorable IPM strategy. Here, I introduce general findings regarding UV phytoseiid useful natural enemies control, decade, including dose response, effective wavelengths, photoreactivation. Moreover, application mite strawberry greenhouses, possibility concurrent use with via discuss its possible contributions IPM.

The cultivation of transgenic pest-resistant cropsmay reduce pesticide application, improve production and increase economic benefit. Breeding and planting transgenic pest-resistant crops is expected to be a promising way to control pests. Pest-resistant transgenic researches in China began in the early 1990s. In 1992, China developed the country’s first Bt protein gene (CryIA gene) with the in...
